All Sales Are Final
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds. Once items are picked up, they cannot be returned.

Issues with Your Order
We want you to love your treats! If there is an issue with your order (e.g., you received the wrong item or there is a quality concern), please contact us within 24 hours of pickup

We will handle these on a case-by-case basis to ensure you are happy.
Unclaimed Orders
Since our items are baked fresh specifically for you, orders that are not picked up at the scheduled time are not eligible for refunds or credit.
Please ensure you or a designated person can arrive during the pickup window.
Cancellations
We bake in small batches. If you need to cancel your order, please contact us at least
48 hours before your scheduled pickup time for a full refund. Cancellations made within 48 hours of pickup are non-refundable.
