We believe that fresh bread and treats are worth the wait. Because every the Silk-Cloud loaf and batch of cookies is handcrafted specifically for you, we operate on a pre-order only basis to ensure maximum freshness.
 

The Essentials

• Pre-Order Lead Time: All orders must be placed at least [48/72] hours in advance.

• Minimum Order: A subtotal of $30 is required for all delivery orders.

• Delivery Windows: You can select your preferred delivery date and time slot during checkout.

Freshness & Logistics

Tip: Since our baked goods contain no preservatives, they are best enjoyed the day they arrive!

• Arrival: We recommend being home to receive your delivery. If you aren't available, we will leave your order in a shaded, safe spot.

• Weather: In cases of extreme Michigan weather, we’ll contact you directly to reschedule so your treats (and our delivery driver) stay safe.

• Apartments/Gated Communities: Please include any gate codes or specific "front desk" instructions in your order notes.
